Served as Project Manager for Owner/Developer in the refinance and rehabilitation of a 98 unit- residential complex in the heart of the Western Addition. Financing provided by a bond from the California Housing Finance Agency, tax credit equity, Section 8 subsidies and a commercial bank loan.
Responsibilities include coordinating construction and lending requirements with the California Housing Finance Agency and commercial bank, coordinating construction requirements and rent proceeds with HUD, overseeing the design and construction of the project, working with the development team on fulfilling tax credit requirements, supervising sources and uses of capital, and managing the entire project from start to finish.
